We’re in love – with Lake Garda. It’s a love affair that has been going on for years. We also fell in love with a special villa overlooking Lake Garda. And now it’s ours: Villa Francesca. Our house on Lake Garda. It embodies everything we Austrians call “Sommerfrische”: a summer retreat, a country getaway, an antidote to city life. It’s also perfect in spring. And autumn. Not to mention winter. A villa in the midst of a lovely garden. With a pool and a fabulous view of the lake. And just steps from the vibrant life of the Riviera dei Limoni. Located above the Via Statale.

And now it’s ours: Villa Francesca. Our house on Lake Garda. It embodies everything we Austrians call “Sommerfrische”: a summer retreat, a country getaway, an antidote to city life. It’s also perfect in spring. And autumn. Not to mention winter. A villa in the midst of a lovely garden. With a pool and a fabulous view of the lake. And just steps from the vibrant life of the Riviera dei Limoni.

We can’t always be here (sigh). But we want Villa Francesca always to be full of life. And joy. That’s why we are inviting you here. Be our guests. Because we know you will appreciate our house as much as we do.

  • 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with bunk bed for 3 children.
  • 1 bathroom with shower and small terrace.
  • Towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap.
  • Bed linens.
  • Air conditioning in every room.
  • WiFi
  • Flat screen TV in every room.
  • Equipped kitchen with induction cooker, washing machine, dishwasher. 
  • Kitchen utensils, crockery, silverware, glasses (for 6 people).
  • Outdoor Grill.
  • Garden with unsupervised pool. Open from mid-April to mid-September. Use at your own risk and with guests of the house community.

We want you to feel at ease. And safe. And here, you can. We of course comply with all hygiene rules and regulations. We always have. However, should you have any reason to be dissatisfied, let us know right away.

Villa Francesca is fully equipped for your comfort.

You can look forward to freshly made beds, terry towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap. A well-equipped kitchen fitted out with everything an amateur chef would need. 

A weekly cleaning is included in the price: we change the sheets and towels. We hoover and dust. We fill and empty the dishwasher and take out the trash. We’re discreet yet thorough. Just like you are accustomed to in hotels.

Villa Francesca. Our house on Lake Garda. is part of a house community. Please consider the neighbours. Only use the sunbeds belonging to our villa. And please pay attention to the observance of the night’s rest from 22.00 o’clock. Thank you!

Lake Garda – also known as Lago di Garda or Benaco – is the largest of Italy’s lakes. The light, the mild climate, the rich flora: olive trees, palms, cypresses, lemon and orange trees, oleander and more – the fabulous countryside and an exciting combination of history and culture make this place absolutely magical. There’s always something new to discover. All that against the backdrop of the deep blue, sparkling clear water makes Lake Garda an incredible vacation destination. And Milan and Verona are just a stone’s throw away. Shopping in grand or intimate style, art and culture of international standing – whatever your heart desires.

Toscolano Maderno, with its population of nearly 7,900, is charmingly authentic. Its origins as the cradle of paper manufacturing and the summer residence of the dukes of Matua is visible today in the historic buildings. Traditional artisanship. Narrow streets. Authentic restaurants and bars. Olive and lemon trees. The harbour promenade and the beach. Water sports: sailing, rowing, stand-up paddling… a golf course. An 18-hole course, par 70 with a driving range, a clubhouse and restaurant.
